Here is the Fiscal Note for Cannabis Restoration 2024. It was prepared by the office of Missouri’s State Auditor, Scott Fitzpatrick. This statewide audit was solicited from virtually every city and county, public agency and department across the State of Missouri. Not all who were contacted through the audit sounded in, but many did.
