Here is the Fiscal Note for Cannabis Restoration 2024. It was prepared by the office of Missouri’s State Auditor, Scott Fitzpatrick. This statewide audit was solicited from virtually every city and county, public agency and department across the State of Missouri. It became obvious to us all early on that REAL Cannabis reform would only come through sound education. It was not enough to just preach to the choir. The other 75% of the country needed to learn the truth. This meant stepping beyond ourselves.
